The other thing I always hear, is Won’t freelancing take up all my time?
Rightfully so, this is a big concern for lots of folks, mostly because their main objective for working from home online is to have more free time for you and your family.
Not only that, they don’t want to start freelancing because they still want to make money by building niche websites and trying CPA, Adwords, lead generation… etc
However, freelancing only takes up as much time as YOU want it to, you are free to take on as many or turn down as many jobs as you like, to advertise or hold back for a time, the flood gates are completely under your control. you call the shots.
That doesn’t mean you can walk away in the middle of a job, of course you have to meet the deadlines you agree to fulfill, but once those deadlines are met, you can take a break anytime you wish to learn or pursue something else.
What that means is you can use the money from freelancing as seed money to build up the other side of your business, and the skills that you learn along with the contacts you gain from freelancing can be invaluable in helping build that side of the business too!
